Curtis King

Good morning,

After enjoying our Cruise a Home, the Sugar Plum, for 11 ½ years, the time has come to sell it. We are working overseas and just dont get back to Shilshole Bay enough to keep it up, and enjoy taking it out.

Could you recommend a broker in the Seattle area to assist us in the sale of it?

Thanks,

Curt King Is it a 31 or 40?

Got a photo?

I can post a picture.

I only have this one with me. My wife and I are missionaries, currently living full time in places like Haiti and Ethiopia. I drill water wells and she is a nurse. We just dont have time to keep it up or enjoy it enough. Its a 1977 40', with propane fireplace, washer/dryer, new head, 60 gallon holding, propane instant hot water, twin 350's new in 1997. We will be back in late April for a few days, hope to get it cleaned up and little stuff fixed (washer dryer timer, general cleanup, etc). It's hard to let go, its been our live aboard for a few years over the past 11 years.

I emailed Breakwater Marina, waiting for a reply. We dont have a US phone # here in Haiti, so email is the best way to contact us,

Thanks, God bless,
Curt King

Thanks Carl, I appreciate the help. The Cruise a homes are good old boats aren't they. We bought ours about 11 ½ years ago, and lived aboard a total of about 5 years and one of our grand daughters took her first steps on it. We got it from Mike Yadrick, who bought it from Po Cornay. The kids won't be happy to find out we are selling!

Take care, I'll let you know how it goes, curt On Apr 9, 2016, at 10:00 AM, Carl Tenning wrote:

Hi Carl:

Sugar Plum was indeed "Po" Cornay's boat. (An ex-HBYC'er.) Mike Yadrick didn't keep it very long. She's a 40, and was in good shape last we saw of her a few years ago at Blake Island. I'll let Po know; I know he'd like to keep track of her.

Curt King does amazing good things drilling wells for people in far-away countries, who have no water supply. He kept us up-to-date for several years, but we haven't heard from him in a couple of years.

Thanks for the note.

Good evening, thank you for posting the sugar plum on the website photo page.. I'm sorry if I forgot to let you know it was sold rather quickly. Could you please remove the picture, as we occasionally get requests about it.

Thanks again

Curt King
