I purchased her this spring (2019) and as a non-mechanical woman in my 60s, this has been a challenge!
I’ve been updating her for the past three months and hope to liveaboard within six months as a
retirement home. My next big project is to get rid of the green fabric inside and paint the original wood.
There was a leak from the boarding handle on the port side. I’ve heard that is common with CAHs.
We had to rip out wood rot and reinforce the handle. Otherwise, she’s in good shape structure-wise.
Engines were removed by a previous owner and the previous fuel tank was converted to a waste holding tank. I plan on adding an outboard for propulsion.
