The "Troubadour"
Laurie and Dean
We have owned Troubadour since it was new in 1978, and have cruised
on her for over 4000 hours. This has included trips to Alaska,
around British Columbia's Vancouver Island, into Canada's Smith
Sound before it was charted, and a bunch of other interesting places.
We consider ourselves adventurous, but not foolish.
Dean on the Troubadour
Our many hours in Troubadour, and our long association with other
CAH owners in the Houseboat Yacht Club have given us a wealth of
information regarding these swell cruising houseboats. At this
stage in our lives, we don't cruise as often or as far as we used to,
but Dean considers himself the guru of CAH's, and enjoys communicating
with new owners who may benefit from his sage advice.
